ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for a great new team member with talent, a sense of humour and a lively personality to join our team as an Operations Hero Intern. You are responsible for every aspect of YUST’s operation together with the Hotel Manager and the Operations Manager. Your middle name is hospitality and you love to spread good vibes.

SO, WHERE DO YOU COME IN?

The first thing our guests see is your happy face and your silly dance. Be it at reception or in our restaurant. Just keep spreading the good vibes and the guests will love you!

Are you ready for the ultimate hotel work experience? Here’s what’s on your agenda:

• You administer front office tasks like check-ins, check-outs and administration stuff;
• You handle complaints and technical issues and other stuff as they occur;
• You provide our guests with information in a fun and friendly way – tell them about the nice places to explore in the city, the newest bars and your favourite spots;
• You make sure every hotel, long stay and restaurant guest feels at ease;
• You love responsibility and handle busy peak periods like a pro;
• You don’t mind pulling up your sleeves, and are willing to help out in our restaurant & kitchen.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Affinity with our co-housing concept;
• You’re social, motivated and flexible;
• You’re pro-active and you take initiative;
• You have a let’s-do-this mentality;
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team;
• You’re fluent in Dutch (reading, writing and speaking) and have a good knowledge of English and/or French;
