For YUST Antwerp we’re looking for driven and lively team member to join our team as Restaurant Manager.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? 

As the Restaurant Manager of the YUST Food team, an amazing guest experience lays in your steady hands.

• You’re responsible for recruiting, training & coaching your team
• You’ll make a monthly schedule for your team with a focus on efficiency, managing payroll
• You’ll manage and fulfil stock orders for the restaurant and bar, and ensure the inventory is counted every month
• You’ll report monthly sales figures to the General manager
• You’ll lead and ensure a smooth daily running of the restaurant, bar, and rooftop

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• You work well under pressure and have a hands-on mentality
• You have a positive mindset, are approachable and work well in a team
• You’re social, motivated, and flexible
• You’re proactive and you take initiative
• You have at least 2 years of hospitality experience
• Experience in a leadership role within a food/bar concept is required
