Vacancy – IT Manager

YUST combines short and long-term stays, events, food and culture, located in creative and emerging neighbourhoods.

With the continued growth of the concept, we’re on the lookout for an IT manager who’ll manage all the IT systems and data operations for YUST Group.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?  

As YUST’s IT Manager you’ll report directly to the General Manager. You’re the first point of contact when it comes to all IT related operations, both internally and externally. Other tasks include:  

• Maintain and manage our datawarehouse 
• Maintain, optimise and expand our eco system
• Configuration of all operational tools used within the company and support internal teams on a daily basis 
• Management & configuration of all building related IT systems, including network, mobile and security
• Identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Translate business needs into instructions for developers  
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate (new) systems, policies and procedures

With the opening of each new location, you’ll be responsible for writing and maintaining the IT chapters of the specs book. For every new project/opening you will assist the project manager in the successful implementation and configuration of the building’s IT according to the specs book. 

GOT THE SKILLS?

• You have experience as IT manager in the hospitality sector is desired.
• You have some leadership experience and have some experience with the various IT systems within YUST 
• You are sociable, a team player and a good communicator (NL, ENG, FR). 
• You enjoy a challenge and like to take matters into your own hands 
• You have a strong analytical mindset & a pro-active way of working
• You have an innovative mentality and are always on the look our for new trends, technologies and solutions
