Sales Manager

YUST combines short and long-term stays, food  and unique events, located in creative and emerging neighbourhoods.

For our flagship location in Liège, we’re looking for a Sales talent to strengthen our team and continue putting YUST Liège on the map.  

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? 
As Liège’s Sales Manager you’ll report directly to the General Manager and will handle the B2B side of things. Keeping our meeting/ event spaces full and closing deals on a daily basis are what drives you. But besides smashing your sales targets you’ll also:     

• Manage the CRM system: contact and handle prospective leads, write detailed quotes, and give tours to potential clients
• Organise events from start to finish, including pre-event organization, communication, event logistics, managing event staff, being the point of contact for clients, and managing the budget.
• Analyse financial reports and ensure company targets are achieved  
• Report post-sales analytics and feedback 
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and potential customers through meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations 
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to meet guest expectations and ensure YUST Liège’s overall success. 

Don’t worry, when you have stylish meeting rooms, a tasty restaurant, and a rooftop to work with, closing deals and organising events is incredibly fun.   

GOT THE SKILLS? 

• You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in a hotel or a related industry 
• You’re able to develop existing as well as establish new long-term business relationships 
• You’re well-presented and are commercially minded 
• You have a proven track record of reaching and exceeding budgets 
• You’re a strong presenter and confident communicator; in private and public settings 
• You’re a fast learner and are curious to continue growing 
• You’re fluent in French and English, Dutch is plus.
