YUST is more than a hotel, we’re a community. Whether you’re here for a day or a year, your health & safety is really important to us. Which is why we’ve put several measures in place to ensure your wellbeing while you’re here.

Longstay

Our Lofts are still available. If you have any questions about a running contract, or queries about renting one of our lofts, contact our Sales Manager via mail.

Hotel & Hostel

YUST is open as normal from 7am – 11pm.

The shop in our lobby provides several refreshments, as well as face masks, hand sanitiser and souvenirs.

Self check-in & out

YUST offers a smooth and safe self check-in & out service. Check yourself in, activate your key and head to your room without coming into contact with anyone. At the end of your trip you can check yourself out via mail and leave your keycard in our letterbox. If you do want some social contact, our receptionists are always around to chat. The self check-in kiosks are disinfected after each use.

Is YUST still open?

YUST is open as normal from 7am – 11pm.

Do I need to wear a face mask?

No, it is no longer compulsory to wear a face mask in Antwerp. But feel free to do so if you feel safer wearing one.

Which common facilities are currently open?

Our Fitness is open on an appointment basis. Want to book a slot for during your stay? Ask at reception.

Our coffee corner in the lobby is open during lobby opening times.

Our Rooftop is open for guests and residents daily from 7am – 11pm. During the summer months our rooftop bar is also open to the public. Find out more here.

Can I still work at the co-working table?

You can, during lobby opening hours and only if 1,5m social distance can be adhered between everyone at the table. If it’s not possible to keep 1,5m distance, please wait until it’s less busy or find another spot. Please remember to sanitise your surface after use. Cleaning products are available from reception.

Is the YUST restaurant open?

Yes! Our restaurant is open and ready to welcome you.

What about cleaning?

Our housekeeping team is still here every day to keep YUST clean, tidy and safe!

Daily cleaning had been increased, especially for frequently used surfaces (lifts, door handles etc.) For these surfaces, products with alcohol are used.

All linen is washed by a professional laundry service at 90°. No germs surviving that!

What is YUST doing extra?

Everything to make sure you’re happy, healthy and comfortable. Our team is regularly trained and updated on the latest COVID-19 measures.

Posters informing you of ways to keep yourself and those around you safe.

Improving the indoor air quality

At YUST we care about you, our visitors, residents and guests. That’s why we’re doing everything to make your visit a fantastic and comfortable experience.

YUST was the first residence in Europe to start a collaboration with TakeAir. A system that injects beneficial organisms into the rooms and common areas. This restores the natural balance and makes the air quality better than the air you find in the heart of the forest. Find out more here.

Always! YUST is still open, whether you want to stay for a day or for a whole month.

Please stay in your room, avoid contact with other people, and contact our emergency line +32 3 302 30 25 for Antwerp and +32 4 295 57 50 for Liege.
