RITE – HIIT Rooftop Workout

Come and try the famous Rite HIIT workout on our rooftop.

This full-bodyweight HIIT workout gets you to burn up to 1000 calories in one session, by alternating between cardio intervals and bodyweight floor exercises. The workout uses a circuit format and helps you slim down and get stronger.Get ready for crunches, push-ups, squats, burpees and a lot more.

Each session lasts for 45 minutes.
