What to expect from the YUST brunch?

A buffet-style spread with all your brunch favourites; pastries, homemade granola, eggs, charcuterie but even more lavish. Chef Laurens Jasperse prepares a signature steak tartare, smoked salmon, dips and seasonal salad bowls.

Finish off the feast with a selection of desserts or cheese. Vegan options available.

Tickets are €37/pp (includes an all you can eat brunch, unlimited coffee, water and juice)

Bottomless Brunch

Wanna go all out with Bottomless Brunch! Opt for the full monty version of our brunch for only €5 extra & enjoy two hours of unlimited mimosas*.

*includes everything from the all you can eat brunch buffet, with the bonus of bottomless mimosas. That’s two hours of pure enjoyment. You can opt in for the boozy version on the day itself.

Brunch takes place every Sunday from 11AM – 3PM  in our restaurant on the ground floor.
