YUST Art: Louise Mertens runs from 11.02 until 8.03.

Louise Mertens runs an art studio based in her hometown Antwerp, Belgium.

Her work as an art director became a trademark of herself. Mertens creates a visual world in which she combines her admiration for human form and futurism with purity, sophistication and the incomprehensible. Her eye for aesthetics allows her to work for international clients on projects ranging from concepts, campaign visuals & art direction to designing identities, covers and much more.

After the success of her previous expo Ellipsis, Mertens will be showcasing a brand new selection of work at YUST.

In her new work Mertens plays with analogue and digital. Shapes, mass, geometry, textures and details come together to form one abstract whole. The new exhibition explores minimalism and abstraction. Refined and purified to their essence.

The vernissage on 11.02 is open access  and starts at 7PM.
